TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Greater Music Services Ltd. is a registered company 13085790.

2. Booking Lessons

2.1 With the exception of your first trial lesson, lessons are booked in 4 week blocks and must be paid in advance. The tutor will agree a preferred day and time and will keep this consistent where possible. Students have the choice of online or in person lessons, but for as long as the Covid-19 pandemic continues, we are operating mostly online.

2.2 Lessons should not be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. If a student cancels within less than 24 hours from the start of the lesson, that lesson must still be paid for. Tutors will not cancel within less that 24 hours unless it is a case of emergency or illness. In the event that this happens, an alternative teacher will be offered for this lesson (depending on tutor availability).

2.3 Once lessons have been booked, the student will receive welcome information from GMS. This will include access to your student lesson log and any materials and lesson resources we are able to provide.

3. Recording

3.1 Voice Reel recording sessions require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure your session, and the other 50% payment by the date of your session. Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days before your recording session.

3.2 Backing Track requests will be approved ASAP and delivered within a deadline agreed with the customer. Payments for tracks are non-refundable, but tracks can be edited, within reason, if needed.

3.3 GMS can offer advice on the vocal health of clients, but it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to maintain their vocal health.

3.4 Wherever possible Greater Music Services Ltd. should be credited for the recording.
